The HALO® Elevate is available in three phases: C18, C8, and phenyl-hexyl.
The organosilane-modified surface enables an operating range of pH 2–12 and reliably protects the silica material from degradation at high pH and elevated temperatures.
By operating at high pH, basic compounds can be analyzed in an uncharged state. This eliminates silanol interactions and delivers significantly improved peak symmetry, even with challenging analytes such as antidepressants, opioids, or cocaine metabolites.
The HALO® Elevate is based on Fused-Core® technology for fast, efficient separation.

Nicotine Analysis Using HALO® Elevate C18
The organo-silane-modified surface makes these columns very stable at high pH values.
When analysing amitriptyline at a pH value of 10, it was found that the retention only shifted by 1 % after 500 injections (or 20,000 column volumes).
