Headspace Screw Vials with Magnetic Screw Cap
In Headspace Chromatography, the vial closure has to be pressure tight. This takes some effort and when closing larger series it is tirering. Our newly developped screw-top Headspace Vial with a Screw Cap from Phenol Resin requires a torque of less than 1 Nm for a pressure tight seal whereas common solutions require a torque of more than 8 Nm.
In addition, the Septum, which is the price defining factor, has a smaller diameter. This makes the new closure more cost effective.
